Every signing ranked in West Ham’s transfer window report

WestHamWay.co.uk's Katie Shergold reviews our summer business

Alvaro Arbeloa Th e former Real Madrid man is getting on but should provide quality cover at right-back. Grade: B

André Ayew We all know this signing has had an unlucky start, but he proved during his first season in the Premier League that he is a very versatile player, scoring six goals in eight starts as striker. Grade: B+

Jonathan Calleri Th e 22-year-old signed from Deportivo Maldonado with a lot of potential; but I feel that he is lacking a little confidence. I think he could be a top signing. Grade: B

Sofiane Feghouli Th is skilful winger has certainly showed glimpses of what he is capable of. I think he could be a fans’ favourite. Grade: B

Edimilson Fernandes Th is 20-year-old midfielder is a bit of an unknown quantity, but at 6ft 3in, his stature and technical ability could off er something a little bit different. Grade: C

Ashley Fletcher Fletcher impressed greatly when making a substitute appearance against Astra, but for me he looked out of his depth at Manchester City. Grade: C

Toni Martínez Th e 19 year-old Spanish striker signed from Valencia and has shown fine form scoring five goals in three for our Development squad. Grade: C+

Arthur Masuaku Masuaku has shown real promise, but I hope he can keep his cool as I’m concerned our two full-backs are a little reckless at times. Arthur has good pace, a brilliant first-touch and with an assist to his name already, I think he could provide real competition for Cresswell. Grade: B+

Havard Nordtveit Nordtveit’s West Ham career has started a little inconsistently and was especially poor against Chelsea. May struggle to adapt to English football. Grade: D+

Domingos Quina I don’t think he will break into the first-team this season, but at only 16 years old, he is certainly an exciting prospect for the future. Grade: C

Simone Zaza I think Zaza could potentially be the most prolifi c signing West Ham have made in many years. At only 25 years old, he has years ahead of him and if he is playing regularly I genuinely believe he could be that 20+ goals a season striker, we have all so desperately been wanting. Grade: A
