I suspect Manuel Pellegrini has had a list of transfer targets few a months now but, obviously, it all comes down to whether these players are available and/or we can afford them or not.
If we can get them, I think Pellegrini will want to move quickly once the transfer window opens and get some early business done.
It’s great from a manager’s point of view to get these key players in, settled and working with the squad for as long as possible.
With the amount of money reportedly available for us to spend on transfers, it looks like there might be a bit of exodus this summer to boost the transfer kitty.
The boss has had a full season now and will know who he wants to keep.
