This month we caught up with Bournemouth supporter Josh Richardson ahead of Monday night's clash.

21.08.16 - West Ham United vs AFC Bournemouth - Premier League - Michael Antonio of West Ham powers home the winning goal.

It’s probably fair to say it’s been a mixed season so far for West Ham and Bournemouth. This month we caught up with Bournemouth supporter Josh Richardson ahead of Monday night’s clash.

Which new players should opposing teams look out for?

Marcus Tavernier. We signed him from Middlesbrough in the summer and he’s been one of our standout players so far. He has the 10th most player take ons in the world and the only player in the Premier League to be on the list.

What were your thoughts on the sacking of Scott Parker?

Sacking him was the correct decision. He didn’t believe in the players that we have at the club which put the club morale down. He also spoke out against the board which is against the club motto ‘anything is possible’.

How does it feel to be back in the Premier League this season?

It feels brilliant. When we went down, I thought I would never see us in the Premier League again. Losing Eddie Howe, Wilson, Ake and co were big losses for us. However, considering it only took two Championship seasons, it was a big achievement and I’m buzzing.

Is Bournemouth’s main priority for the season just to stay up?

100%. Everyone and the media are predicting us to finish bottom. We have a great group of players who work so hard for each other and I want us to prove everyone wrong.

What are your thoughts on the season being postponed before Christmas for the World Cup to take place?

I think having the World Cup in the winter is a shocking decision. The World Cup is meant to be a summer event. It will just feel weird having it during the lead up to Christmas.

Bournemouth signed Ryan Fredericks on a free after his contract ended at West Ham. What are your thoughts so far?

Fredericks has been injury prone during the start of this season. However, he came on at half time against Forest when we were 2-0 and changed the game completely, resulting in us winning 3-2.

Where do you think Bournemouth will finish this season?

I would be ecstatic with a 17th place finish

Finally, what’s your score prediction for your side’s game against West Ham?

I’ll go for a draw. 1-1
